After my shoulder surgery a few years back, I thought pain was just my new normal. For years I pushed through — gym, mountain biking, running — but deep down I knew something wasn’t right.

Working with @sportsrecoverystudio has completely changed that story. For the first time in years, I understand my body, I’m moving with less pain, and I’ve gained strength and mobility I thought would never be possible for me.
This is more than recovery — it’s getting my life back.
